Job Description

Job Description:
- An IT Help Desk/System Administrator is required to work for an MSP to support the company's clients in their IT inquiries as well as plan for expansion and roll out projects.
- Active Directory, Layer 3 switches, Firewall, NAS, Centralized Backup and Antivirus solutions.
- Will be troubleshooting all problems related to Windows 7/8 and Office 2010/2013
Job Requirements
- Adequate knowledge of Windows server technologies (MCSE/MCITP)
- Adequate knowledge of Active Directory/File server/DNS roles
- Adequate knowledge in working with GPO
- Strong knowledge in IT support for general windows problems
- Ability to troubleshoot network printers and scanners problems
- Good knowledge in networks (TCP/IP) (CCNA)
- General knowledge with Layer 3 switches
- Worked before with centralized Antivirus (Kaspersky/Symantec/ESET)
Extra qualifications:
- Basic knowledge with ITIL
- Security knowledge and background
- Worked before with firewalls (Fortinet/Sonicwall/Juniper)
- Knowledge with VPNs
Personal skills:
- Excellent command of spoken English is a must
- Ability to self-study
- Ability to troubleshoot new/unknown problems
- Ability to work independently in projects
- Adaquate knowledge with German is a plus
