Job Description

Working days: 

  • 5 working days (12:00 pm - 8:00 pm)
  • 2 days off “Rotational”

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in the implementation of the education program.
  • Project Manage a selection of education projects at the request of the General Manager.
  • Confidently research, identify, and engage potential new partners to maximize efficiencies of working.
  • Manage existing partner relationships whilst identifying opportunities to maximize further opportunities for working
  • Develop and submit proposals to relevant entities including innovation prizes, conferences, presentations.
  • Support the collection, data analysis, and reporting of our research & monitoring and evaluation processes as directed by the Head of Impact.
  • Research and identify new instructional content to improve the educational program.
  • Assist the team with curriculum and training resource curation.
  • Any other duties from time to time at the request of the Management Team

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing an education program.
  • Demonstrable evidence of leadership and management of people/projects.
  • Outstanding people and project management skills.
  • High ethical standards and personal integrity.
  • Experience with budget management and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and can cope with a stressful workload.
