Job Description

  • Implement strategies for finding potential candidates for recruitment
  • Respond to staff needs and influence a positive working environment
  • Track and manage attendance, lateness, vacations and payroll
  • Report to management all aspects regarding HR
  • Explore training and development needs and act accordingly
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR actions
  • Perform duties as demanded
  • Responsible for employee investigations

Job Requirements

  • Perfect command of both Arabic & English Language
  • Very good communication & negotiation skills
  • Can work under pressure & handle multi-tasks
  • Very presentable
  • Good Problem Solver
  • Proven working experience in HR
  • Strong and friendly personality
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, Word and Excel
  • Nasr City residents would be preferable
