  • As a Business Development Manager you’ll have the opportunity to help clients in a variety of industries solve customer engagement problems, overcome obstacles and redefine businesses by working with the best technology consultants and platform technology.
  • We are actively seeking a Cairo based Business Development Manager to support our expansion throughout the USA/Canada markets . This position supports a growing office with an established customer base along with tremendous opportunity to develop new client relationships. The successful candidate will be working alongside with our North American Toronto based office to achieve the expansion and sales growth targets .
  • The successful candidate will be responsible in conjunction with our North American office for increasing our market position by prospecting, developing, defining, negotiating and closing new business relationships, primarily in the Financial Services Sector among others. The role will require a blend of hunting (new business development) and farming (existing account management). Enterprise prospects will include, CEO’s, IT Technology executives, Marketing executives, Operations executives and Digital executives, focused on customer experience and engagement and digital transformation.


  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers within prospect accounts in order to secure new business opportunities and generate revenue
  • Cold calling on executives within Fortune 500/1000 companies and other mid-size and large corporations.
  • Maintain existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and opportunities for repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities to broaden the scope of services offered to existing client base.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Technology related field will be considered an asset
  • Excellent spoken and written English language is a must
  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience with consultative sales experience, including creating proposals and like documents. Technology sales experience preferred but similar solutions-oriented technology related experience will be considered
  • Must be highly driven, self-motivated, and possess outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling to senior executives, including C level executives
  • Ability to connect with and maintain relationships with both technical and business executives
  • Strong negotiating skills and closing techniques.
  • CRM experience is an asset
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones from office / home as assigned .
