Job Description
- Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Receive the shop drawing submissions from the Consultant and updating/editing them as required, and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Coordinate with Surveying Engineer to provide them with all the information about land and any site measurement requirements.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Projects manager and Engineering director for discussion and problem solving.
- Report directly to the Engineering director for follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
- At least 15 years' experience in Architectural design in Real Estate field.
- PMP certified is a must
- MBA is a plus
