Job Description
- Leading, managing and motivating sales team to implement a sales strategy and meet agreed targets.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Communicating with the existing accounts to increase or maintain levels of the business activity.
- Researching prices and products of competitors.
- Compiling sales progress reports on a weekly/monthly and end of year and pro actively.
- Addressing shortfall on targets due to be achieved.
- Offer inspiration and training of internal sales personnel on how to attain business sales objective.
- Assist team managers to intensify sales via training on sales methods.

- Experience: 5+ Years in Sales (Real-Estate) field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Presentable.
