Job Description

  • Conducts sales visits to get new accounts, and grow business inside existing accounts.
  • Responsible for attaining assigned sales target.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity (KPIs).
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations to clients.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Job Requirements

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Very good negotiation ,communication and presentation skills, collaboration, proactive, follow-through, working under pressure- Proficiency of English Language (both spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of customer and Industry dynamics and requirements is a plus.
  • Proven leadership skills.

Computer Skills:

  • Very Good use of Microsoft Office (excel, PowerPoint, word)

Language:

  • Very Good English

Field Of Experience:

  • Preferable Training Background, any sales oriented company
