Job Description
- Conducts sales visits to get new accounts, and grow business inside existing accounts.
- Responsible for attaining assigned sales target.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity (KPIs).
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations to clients.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Job Requirements
Interpersonal Skills:
- Very good negotiation ,communication and presentation skills, collaboration, proactive, follow-through, working under pressure- Proficiency of English Language (both spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of customer and Industry dynamics and requirements is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills.
Computer Skills:
- Very Good use of Microsoft Office (excel, PowerPoint, word)
Language:
- Very Good English
