Job Description
Our company seeks a driven and motivated Designer to craft distinct and compelling imagery and design concepts that will ultimately be coveted industry-wide. We need a powerful creative to not only uphold, but to elevate our brand and voice. Candidate must attach a design portfolio upon application.
Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations and necessary materials (rendered floor plans, elevations, and precedent research)
- Prepare install documents and manufacturer care documents
- Create 3D models, renderings, and space plans
- Attend client meetings and record meeting minutes
- Assist with maintaining and organizing materials library
- Actively adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and deadlines
- Lead smaller-scale projects from start to finish
Job Requirements
- Two years of design-related work experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, and 3D Max), AutoCAD, and Google SketchUp
- Knowledge of design drawing techniques, tools, and principles
- Familiar with construction methodology, materials.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to learn and act in a fast-paced environment
- Effective task and project management skills
- Proactive problem solver
- High level of motivation and passion for design
- Open to continually changing priorities
