Job Description
- The Medical Doctor will own and manager daily patient needs with healthcare providers (Hospitals, Labs, Pharmacies, Clinics...) to assure high level of service quality and satisfaction. Her/his objective is to facilitate timely delivery and patient access to the various healthcare services.
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries. Queries may range from coverage questions, network location, medical questions…
- Receive requests from Healthcare providers (Hospitals, Laboratories, pharmacies…) and Reply with approval decision (approved or rejected).
- In addition to the above mentioned duties, Approval doctors are working during day & night shifts.
- Participate in committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams that improve patient satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of professional experience as medical doctor in Healthcare facilities (Hospitals).
- Experience in medical insurance is a major plus.
- Excellent verbal Communication skills. Excellent Listening skills.
