Job Description

This is a home-based job in a Real Estate Investment Company based in the USA. We are building our virtual team in Egypt and we are starting with this position for 2 months, after which we will expand the team to 10 and our first applicant would be our Egyptian team leader.

Our first applicant Must have a strong sense of urgency and great work ethic. Candidate must thrive on the phone and have a high level of emotional intelligence. Must be capable of multi-tasking while communicating with prospects and industry professionals. Looking for someone who is adaptive and flexible.

Tasks and Duties Include:

  • Answer the phone for incoming leads

  • Make outbound calls to leads that left voice-mails and hang-ups

  • Call all internet leads in order to convert to an appointment - Craigslist, MLS, FSBO (For Sale By Owner), & FRBO (For Rent By Owner)

  • If not reached after the first call, will call an additional 5 to 6 times

  • Build relationships with industry professionals by calling them

  • Send emails to prospects and industry professionals

  • Send daily reports of all activities for the day

  • Fill out lead property sheet

  • At least a basic working knowledge of Podio preferred
  • Leads Manager – Inbound seller leads (need this position filled ASAP)
    Talk to seller leads over the phone during the hours of 1 pm and 9 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time = 10 pm - 6 am in Cairo). At a minimum, we need someone that can return all inbound seller calls as fast as possible, and always within a 24 business hour time frame
  • This person will engage seller leads in conversation over the phone and will be looking to accomplish three things.
  • They will need to gauge the Sellers level of motivation regarding selling their home, in order to see if they are desperate to sell, open to selling, just curious about what price we would offer for their house or not interested in selling.
  • They will need to collect some basic information regarding the house, such as condition, occupancy status, rent amount if applicable, their asking price, etc...
    Finally, if appropriate this team member will work to book one of our acquisition people on an appointment to visit the house.
  • Everything this person does will need to be tracked in our CRM software (currently Podio), and they will also need to be able to create and close out tasks within our software system as well.
  • This person will need to be very professional on the phone and be strong with verbal communication. They will also need to be personable enough to relate to the seller leads they talk to, and build rapport and trust quickly over the phone in order to get true and accurate information from the seller.

Job Requirements

  • Perfect Spoken English (Grammar, Pronunciation & Intonation)
  • Strong Internet Connection
  • Working hours always night shift "HOME-BASED" - (Cairo Timing: 10 pm - 6 am = Los Angeles Timing: 1 pm - 9 pm)
  • Google voice or skype account, and on its creation use US-based phone number starting with 949-***-****
  • Live training would be done online with the applicant after his enrollment with us and he would review some recommended online training videos before our final last live training (3 sessions)
