Job Description
- Reads and understands the carrier's technical guides.
- Communicates to the Project Managers any required updates in Partners’ data set.
- Creates client/carrier connection-specific data translation maps.
- Handles testing cycle with the carriers till getting the production approvals.
- Creates the production schedule.
- Updates eBN Project Management tools with the project status.
- Updates eBN Knowledge Database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Knowledge in C, C++, C#, .NET, Database: Oracle SQL, & XML, Documentations: Excel, Word & Outlook express.
- Knowledge in database analysis, systems analysis.
- Fluent in English Language is must (US based client coordination)
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration, and problem solving skills".
- Flexible working hours required to meet US Client needs.
Technical Understanding
- Knowledge of HIPAA 834 structure is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
