About the Job
- The Human Resources Supervisor acts as a consultant to the business in all different aspects of HR. He/she implements a variety of programs, including recruitment, learning & development and performance management, etc.
Primary responsibilities:
- Coach Teams to successfully manage all annual people management processes (performance management, talent management, planning, etc.).
- Coach Leaders and Managers to improve leader effectiveness and teamwork.
- Execute change initiatives based on needs (retention, compensation, organizational development, etc.).
- Lead other special projects when required.
- Lead Orchidia talent management initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
- HR certificate or diploma is a must, MBA is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management preferred in Recruitment,
- Training and Organizational development included two years of supervisory experience
