Job Description
Administrative Assistant For immediate Hiring is needed.
Primary Responsibilities would be
- Oversee all aspects of the administration of the agent’s business
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Manage calendar for Operational Manager
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Sales Teams
- Manage the recruiting, hiring, and training of all future administrative hires
- Manage the recruiting, hiring, and system training of all future hires
- Manage CRM
- Manage the Website
- Distribute incoming Leads
- Handel Contracts and Developer Related transactions
Job Requirements
- Fluent English
- Good with office ( Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Bachelor Degree
- 0 to 1 years Experience
- Presentable
- Good Computer Skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
- Good research skills and attention to detail
