About the Job

Administrative Assistant For immediate Hiring is needed.

Primary Responsibilities would be

  • Oversee all aspects of the administration of the agent’s business
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Manage calendar for Operational Manager
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Sales Teams
  • Manage the recruiting, hiring, and training of all future administrative hires
  • Manage the recruiting, hiring, and system training of all future hires
  • Manage CRM
  • Manage the Website
  • Distribute incoming Leads
  • Handel Contracts and Developer Related transactions

  • Fluent English
  • Good with office ( Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Bachelor Degree
