Job Description

  • Bilingual - English is a must.
  • Competent at Microsoft office, excel, PowerPoint etc..
  • With knowledge office documentation filing systems .
  • Organized and capable of handling office financial accounts, accounts payable as well as collections .
  • Engages effectively with colleagues and clients .
  • Translation skills is a plus .
  • Capable of taking notes in meetings, keeping track of schedules, organizing contacts and maintaining proper documentation filing.
  • Effective communicator.
