Job Description

  • Filing hard and soft copies (keeping Records for employees attendance,
    CVs).
  • Maintaining and renewing all company licenses….etc).
  • Supervise office supplies, tidiness, and maintenance.
  • Keeping track of the deadlines for renewing all company documents.
  • Preparing letters and quotations that are sent to customers.

Job Requirements

  • Attained Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft office.
  • Very good in written and spoken Arabic and English.
