Job Description
- Filing hard and soft copies (keeping Records for employees attendance,
CVs). - Maintaining and renewing all company licenses….etc).
- Supervise office supplies, tidiness, and maintenance.
- Keeping track of the deadlines for renewing all company documents.
- Preparing letters and quotations that are sent to customers.
Job Requirements
- Attained Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Proficient user of Microsoft office.
- Very good in written and spoken Arabic and English.
