Job Description:
- To perform secretarial, administrative and coordination duties for the CEO, including tasks, such as screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and taking meeting notes.
- In addition to organizing and supervising all the administrative activities with the objective of running a smooth office operation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5- 7 years experience with at least 4 years of experience in an administrative role (Admin function / Secretary)
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
- Proven experience in information and communication management
- Knowledge and understanding of technical terms relevant to Sun Infinite Energy
- Knowledge and ability to use tools for report preparation, time recording, etc.
- IT literate: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
