Job Description:

  • To perform secretarial, administrative and coordination duties for the CEO, including tasks, such as screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and taking meeting notes.
  • In addition to organizing and supervising all the administrative activities with the objective of running a smooth office operation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5- 7 years experience with at least 4 years of experience in an administrative role (Admin function / Secretary)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
  • Proven experience in information and communication management
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical terms relevant to Sun Infinite Energy
  • Knowledge and ability to use tools for report preparation, time recording, etc.
  • IT literate: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
