Job Description
- The primary responsibility of the NOC Engineer (Network Operations Centre) is to support, troubleshoot, and monitor the network services provided to our customer on 24/7 roster.
- Deliver service excellence to our clients.
- First, and Second Level Support
- Track Problem and Incident though to resolution

- BCs Engineering in Computer or Communications
- CCNP with 5 years practical hands on experience is highly preferable
- ITIL v3 foundation
- 5+ years’ experience in Network field.
- Operational experience in managing/maintaining Network and services.
- Understanding of technology and process frameworks such as ITIL.
- Network Architectures, and Framework (e.g. OSI, IETF, ITU, IEEE)
- Service Provider class networks and operations experience
- Solid experience on IP Networks
- Solid experience on routing and switching
- Cisco CCNP R&S Level is preferred
- Experience with Cisco Products and Technologies
- Router: e.g. ISR 4321, Cisco 1800, 1900, 2900, 7600
- Switches: e.g. Catalyst 4500, 6500, 3800, Nexus 5K/7K
- Firewalls: e.g. ASA
- Access points: Controllers, AP1700, 1800, 2700,..

Knowledge/experience on Network Management System/Tools
- PRTG
- MRTG
- SNMP
- Kiwi Syslog Server
- Jumpbox/ Terminal Service

Previous experience with Healthcare, and Finance sectors is preferred

Knowledge of Evolving Technologies (SDN, NFV, Cloud, IoT) is a plus

Automation / programming Languages (Java, Python) is a plus

Network Security

Fundamental knowledge on Datacentre.

Knowledge/experience on the network and server load balancers (Application optimization and acceleration)

Creating Visio designs/diagramming skills
