Job Description
- Respond to customers inquires regarding prices and types of services & how to provide an integrated logistic & freight forwarding services.
- Communicate with shipping lines or forwarding agencies to ensure responding to company clients with accurate information.
- Receive clients’ approvals on the services to be rendered to them in form of Export Shipping Request, and / or coordinate with them in case of delay in receiving booking confirmation.
- Open a file for each client operation and maintain needed documents in it.
- Prepare the shipping declaration with the client’s data and present it to the shipping line or its agency.
- Withdraw the shipping order from shipping line or its agencies and in order to start executing the freight forward / logistic service.
- Prepare the B/L and submitting it to the clients after ensuring paying the requested expenses.
- Ensure fulfilling the clients’ operation file with the required documents before closing the operation file.
- Coordinate between the clients, transportation contractors, and shipping lines to ensure receiving containers / shipment in the right time at port supported with the required documents.
- Coordinate with the customs clearance agents to ensure executing the export forwarding operation as it should be, and act as the link between the customs clearance agents, and the clients to request, provide, and submit the required documents.
- Collect the required customs clearance documents & forward it to the client.
- Entering expenses related to each operation on the software system.

- Fresh graduates of Faculty of commerce & Arab Academy for science and Technology , logistics and transportation section , international trade & customs section
