Job Summary:

  • The customer care representative ensures that the business’ customers always receive friendly, prompt service and their needs are being satisfied as well as working pro-actively to resolve any emerging problems that the customers might face with the service the business provide.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Respond promptly to customers inquiries
  • Attract potential customers by providing them with accurate information
  • Establish and maintain customers’ accounts by recording account information
  • Develop leads and schedule appointments
  • Handle and resolve customers complaints
  • Build sustainable relationships and acting with a “customer comes first” attitude with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Ensure that all the scheduled appointments are communicated to the housekeeping manager promptly
  • Ensure that all the complaints are communicated to the quality control specialist promptly
Job Requirements

Required qualifications, competences and experience:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree of any discipline
  • Customer service background is preferable
  • Very good written and oral English and Arabic
  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Quality focused
  • Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
