Job Description
- Quality assurance of the incoming goods including the fabrics and other materials for the production
- Conducting the inspection at site for the ordered fabrics.
- Supervising internally the quality control procedures including the visual inspection & laboratory testing.
- Sourcing the required materials and other Stuff on weekly basis from the local market.
- Supporting the related purchasing activities.
- Specify quality requirements of raw material with the suppliers.
- Manage the inspection of raw materials, in order to meet the Quality standards..
- Establish new systems and procedures for quality to confront procedures for production and merchandiser to achieve their targets.
- Reaching objectives to maximum profitability
- Install both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of any defect
- Responsible to avoid any failure of quality passed garment
- Ensure that supplier-customer chain is maintained in the production process
- Manage quality team
- Train the new comers and quality employees on the latest quality standards
- Supervising receiving and testing raw materials bounding from warehouse and keeping records.
- Regularly reporting progression of production plans to Operation Manager and any suggested modifications.
- Reviewing production reports and analyzing data to identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Insure compliance with safety regulations.
- Solve any problems arises during production process either technical problem or between workers.
- Participate in recruitment and selection activities.
- Assessing performance of workers in addition to setting training and development plans together with preparing second lines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering – Applied Arts (specialized in textile - chemical treatment – Fabric)
- Have experience not less than 4 years at the same field
- Can deal in both English / Arabic languages (written – Verbal)
- Business Oriented
- Hard Worker
- Organized
- Preferred to be from around new Cairo area.
- Preferred to own a car.
