Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicating and follow up with the customers directly or through the responsible partner for each training order to inform them with courses scheduled dates.
  • Ordering training material online.
  • Notifying and coordinating with the Procurement department for the delivery of each training project.
  • Responsible for the preparation issues of local training rounds, following things needs to be prepared (Material, Agenda, registration, Catering, evaluation, certificate).
  • Responsible for claiming the training expenses from the accounting department for every training
  • Responsible for all of the administrative work for the business development department (Updating the business development director, sending him reports, and maintaining communication emails and updates between the whole team.
  • Updating the company’s training portal online with the upcoming trainings on regular basis.
  • Submitting training calendar based on the yearly training plan.
  • Updating & designing graphic content online

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Skills & Knowledge

  • Fluent English and Arabic, both spoken and written
  • Administration skills and organized
  • All Microsoft office programs
  • Planning, Coordinating and Scheduling skills for Training activities
  • Photoshop knowledge is an asset.
