- Responsible for cooperating with different sectors but mostly with information & communications technology (ICT) sector organizations.
- Perform customer profiling, through data mining & phone calls.
- Help executing Digital Marketing Campaigns.
- Send out Invitations to the customers & make follow-up calls to invite them to different organizations events.
- Follow-up the registration list on daily basis & perform registrants analysis (i.e. their companies, their job titles, etc...).
- Perform confirmation calls & send confirmation mails to the registrants before the event.
- Extract attendees contact details & feedback in order to perform analysis to measure the event success
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Call Center / Customer Service Field.
- Previous experience in data mining & data entry.
- Very good command of the English and French language; both written & spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel as well as the ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Must demonstrate a high level of customer service in responding to the information needs of all levels of the organization.
- Resourceful and keen to learn new working methods & accept fresh challenges.
- Process driven and have a high degree of integrity and ethics.
- Must be able to work alone, supervise others & handle changing priorities.
- Multi-languages are highly preferred.
- Digital Marketing experience is highly preferred.
