Job Description
- Initial feasibility studies.
- Ensuring materials are suitable for the environment.
- Preparation of estimates and cost plans in line with brief.
- Preparation of standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial statements etc.
- Preparation of tender documents as required by procurement choice.
- Prepare valuations and financial statements, re-measure as necessary and adjust variations.
- Measurement of completed works on site.
- Takeoff in construction.
- Bill of quantity.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in all Quantity Surveying and Cost Control issues.
- B.Sc. in related discipline with a minimum grade of “Good”, M.Sc. is a plus.
- PMP / Masters / Certification is an advantage.
- Good command of related Egyptian, and international Codes.
- Good Computer skills and command of relevant applications.
- Good command in English (writing – speaking).
- Experience in Large Scale & Mega Projects such as, 5 Stars Hotels or Malls or high Rise Buildings or Hospitals or Airports … etc.
