Job Description

  • Our Talent Acquisition Specialist “TAS” is our hero, the main and prime gear in our Recruitment machine.
  • TAS is the mastermind in picking and selecting the most suitable candidates that match settled criteria for opened positions at our side as well as our clients’ sides.
  • TAS is our ambassador and presentative to candidates, will be presenting NOK Human Capital for Consultations, demonstrating our values and our DNA while communicating with candidates and assessing their competences.
  • Our hero will be presenting NOK Human Capital for Consultations at clients’ sides within calibration and interviews sessions. 

JOB DESCRIPTION & TASKS                                                                                                          

  • TAS is responsible for receiving assigned hiring boxes opened according to clients’ recruitment requests.
  • Calibration sessions might be needed at clients’ premises for complete understanding of exact required candidates’ criteria.
  • Once criteria are fully ready and received and after a complete calibration with clients’ vision, TAS is required to use training, criteria, calibration information and available database to provide shortlisted ready calibers matching profile required by clients.
  • TAS is required to perform phone screening calls to potential candidates available within provided or generated database, examining their skills according to client’s profile criteria and hiring process.
  • As a result of phone screening call, successful candidates should be booked a face to face interview, either at company’s premise or at clients’ premises, according to agreed process.
  • TAS is required to perform needed follow up with candidates with booked face to face interviews to ensure their attendance. A follow up call is still required after face to face interviews to ensure delivery of final interviews’ feedback.
  • Close the loop with clients’ HR & Recruitment teams is a must to update our records for each interviewed candidate. Follow up continuously till closure of candidate’s file and reaching to either an offer letter or a contract signature stage.
  • Perform needed weekly and monthly follow ups with clients’ representatives to ensure confirmation of successfully closed boxes and confirmed status per each candidate.
  • Attend face to face interview with clients’ representatives at clients’ sides might take place as per clients’ deals. Our Hero should be able to positively discuss interview and candidates’ acceptance with clients’ associates to ensure avoiding any good calibers waste.
  • As a TAS, you will be required to generate new leads and new records to be added into company’s database, using your personal connections and your own sourcing channels to enlarge company’s potential pool.
  • Archive candidates' application, hard & soft copy CVs.
  • Represent NOK for Human Capital Solutions in any public events & employment fairs

Job Requirements

Qualifications, desired skills & Abilities

  • Perfect command of English CEFR “B2 & C1”
  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Exemption or postponement of military services “for males”.
  • Perfect communication skills.
  • Professional & presentable in looking and talking.
  • Very good Sales tone.
  • Patient and perfect digger for candidates’ real qualifications.
  • High negotiation skills.
  • Target Oriented & attentive to tiniest details.
  • High passion towards People.
