Job Description
- To achieve the sales targets- through value and volumes for the region through assigned distributors.
- To ensure accurate Sales forecasting – SKU wise for the region based on sound analysis and support the supply chain team for correct planning.
- To evolve & achieve Annual/Quarterly Business Plan for the defined region, referring to budgets, coverage and sales value and volume through distributors’ sales force.
- To provide information to the relevant Team on developments in the Egyptian market, e.g. trade environment and competitors’ moves,
- To closely monitor, influence and report on the actions of the distributor Sales team in order to check their alignment with the agreed strategy,
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- 6-10 years of experience in sales within multinational FMCG
- Solid experience in handling distributors.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good MS office skills, with emphasis on excel.
