Job Description

  • The applicant will be required to meet and greet clients
  • Follow-up on inquiries and requests made by both the clients and their colleagues
  • The ability to be organized enough to meet the requirements of the job; Organizing the work is paramount to the work itself
  • Flexibility to work late
  • Cooperate with their colleagues to the benefit of the company

Job Requirements

  • Education Level; Applicant has to be a university graduate with a minimum grade of ‘Good’ or a corresponding GPA.
  • Age Range; Applicant must NOT exceed 30 years of age.
  • Gender; Preferably female.
  • Years of Experience in the field; Applicant can be a fresh graduate.
  • Presentation; The applicant must show that they recognize the proper presentation of a person in this position, whether via dress and adherence to the accepted dress-code (smart casual to formal) and the way they speak and present themselves to others.
  • Basic Skills; Applicants must demonstrate that they have the following;
    • Language Skills; Applicants must demonstrate that they have a GOOD knowledge of the English Language, both written and spoken, in addition to the Arabic language. Other languages are a plus.
    • Microsoft Office; Good knowledge of the M/S office application, most specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are a must for the position, as presentations and reports have to be done and sent in periodically.
    • Soft Skills; The Following are the basics required for this position;
      • Communication
      • Time management
      • Planning
    • The Receptionist must possess an active personality and disposition. They also must demonstrate a keen thirst for knowledge and its acquisition.
