Main Duties:
- Managing and executing the ecommerce order cycle
- Process order requests
- Plan the execution of the shipping process
- Tracking orders and shipping cycle
- Work closely with our partner courier companies to ensure smooth deliveries
- Resolving any shipping issues with customer and courier
- Inventory & supplies Management
Job Requirements
- Fresh Grad 0-3 years experience
- Can Think Analytically, Communicate Effectively and Execute Efficiently.
- A Realistic Person, who is Quality and Detail Focused.
- English Language fluency
- Creativity and Grit
- Positive attitude, Willingness to learn and take feedback
- People person with a great character
- Flexibility in work hours during peak times
- High preference to New Cairo, Rehab or Nasr City Resident
