Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Develops and maintains housekeeping policies standards
  • Applies Q.A. housekeeping procedures consistently within all situations
  • Produces Q.A. technical report issues to QA director
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with the quality control system
  • Serve as a technical resource to managers and staff
  • Performs pre-as well as post issuance review of work papers and communicates results to QA director
  • Identify areas that need or could benefit from improvement
  • Develop practice aids tools methodology to affect change
  • Maintain technical skills by studying trends as well as developments in quality management
  • Participates in educational opportunities reading professional publications
  • Mentors staff in areas requiring quality related improvement to otherwise contribute to their professional development
  • Develop and improve all Critical to Quality (CTQ) areas as per customers requirements.

Job Requirements

  • From 4-6 years proven experience in relevant role
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Excellent command of spoken & written Arabic and English languages
  • Experience of service delivery within Facility Management Industry
  • Experience of implementing and maintaining QA systems across an Integrated Facilities Management business
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage
