Job Description
- Establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers
- Manage rewarding sales contests, and motivating Sales Staff
- Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, meeting sales quota, and reconciling cash rewards
- Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales
- Examine products to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed as advertised
