About the Job
  • Establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives
  • Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers
  • Manage rewarding sales contests, and motivating Sales Staff
  • Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, meeting sales quota, and reconciling cash rewards
  • Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales
  • Examine products to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed as advertised
Job Requirements
  • Be well-organized
  • Have an excellent reporting and business writing skills
  • Lead and motivate people
  • Deal with paperwork and budgets
  • Take quick decisions
  • Juggle several jobs at once
  • Get on well with people from widely different backgrounds
  • Be able to keep calm under pressure and cope with stress
  • Have good communications skills, both spoken and written
  • Be able to cope with difficult team members assertively but also tactfully and politely
  • Be flexible to respond to changing priorities
  • Be comfortable using related computer software
  • At least 5 Years Previous experience in Sales Manager Role in Real Estate is a must
  • Very Good English
