Job Description

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by brand
  • Recommend and implement incentive programs for the sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Plan, negotiate, and finalize the annual promotional calendar / activation.
  • Hold weekly meetings / monthly reviews with sales team
  • Maintain a Database of all Modern Trade Outlets (administrative, commercial, business details)
  • Operate/ Achieve Channel Costs as budgeted for the year
  • Establish a strong working relationship with key accounts and ensure a Win Win situation for both parties
  • Conduct regular trade visits with sales force (80% of time)

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing.
  • A minimum of 6 years sales experience with a leading FMCG company in the role of KAM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications with emphasis on PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and Negotiation Skills
