Job Description
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by brand
- Recommend and implement incentive programs for the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Plan, negotiate, and finalize the annual promotional calendar / activation.
- Hold weekly meetings / monthly reviews with sales team
- Maintain a Database of all Modern Trade Outlets (administrative, commercial, business details)
- Operate/ Achieve Channel Costs as budgeted for the year
- Establish a strong working relationship with key accounts and ensure a Win Win situation for both parties
- Conduct regular trade visits with sales force (80% of time)
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing.
- A minimum of 6 years sales experience with a leading FMCG company in the role of KAM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications with emphasis on PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong leadership and Negotiation Skills
