Job Description
Main Duties:
- Provide necessary support for both of SMART HCM System and Oracle HRMS suite.
- Develop know-how, business practice and expertise in domain field products.
- Perform daily/weekly activity reporting against plans and schedules, engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementing HRMS functional consultation.
- Prepare End user manual and provide key user training is also expected from functional Consultants.
- Update the project status to Project Manager & other concerned persons, interact with core team members, end users & other team members (consultants).
Job Requirements
- Solid Experience must be at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Business Practice using one of HR Systems like Oracle HRMS or HITS HR...etc.
