Job Description
- Monitoring the daily transaction for all inventory movement.
- Review inventory costing and cost of material for the projects.
- Conduct inventory control audits, variance analysis and physical inventory count reconciliations.
- Review materials on site and matching it with the submitted PPC to the client.
- Review and resolve issues with inventory transfer orders between site warehouses.
- Review the cost allocation of material.
- Reconcile the discrepancies between vendors invoices, PO’s and stock receipt.
- Coding and grouping inventory items.
Job Requirements
- Education: Commerce Bachelor degree (Accounting Department).
- Experience: 3-4 years’ experience as same role
- Field of Experience: Contracting is a MUST
- Must be results-oriented, able to manage timelines and proactively communicate on-going issues to various team members.
- Comfort with manipulating and managing large amounts of data with heavy reconciliation skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced work environment.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the financial team for the customers.
