Job Description
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, and buyer persona to increase our online presence.
- Optimize company pages within each platform in the way it reflects the company’s positioning and branding guidelines.
- Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Responsible For social media analysis "Swot Analysis".
- Continuously Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with other departments (Media Buyer, sales, Moderators, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies .
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Bolster company’s network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
- Maintain a monthly social media calendar
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist (preferable in e-commerce)
- Excellent understanding of social media metrics, targeting options, placements and KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of analytics in order to report, adjust and optimize the social media strategy.
- Experience in Market Research
- Experience in Hardware Field is a plus
- Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research.
- Background on SEO techniques and performance marketing.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Arabic/English languages (written & spoken).
- Excellent copy writing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Proven results is highly recommended.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure, meet deadlines, responsible, dedicated and has a team spirit.
