Job Description

Position Purpose:

is to make sure human resource policy and procedure throughout the organization fit the needs, goals, and aims of the organization and its top leadership and ensures that HR strategy fits into the organization's overall business strategy

Role and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the Business Unit.
  • Builds a strong business relationship with employees.
  • Recruits personally the key talents and handle all recruitment requests.
  • Support in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Oversees the New Employee Orientation Programs.
  • Work on employee satisfaction.
  • Prepare payroll deductions and expenses to be submitted to Finance by end of each monthly cycle.
  • Create and Update company policies and work on day-to-day aspects to enforce company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Prepare a plan of human resources operations. (Salary Scale: Helping and indication of a planned salary scale for Egypt or any potential entity).
  • Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

  • Monitor the HR budget and advocate for the redistribution of funding of salaries to high-priority roles or departments as needed
  • Create needed department reports

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Human Resource Background with minimum 5 years of Experience
  • Certified HR from AUC or PHR certification.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Accuracy, strong memory and an eye for details.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding creative and production environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and in ambiguous situations.
  • Good Command of English
  • Experience in IT field
