Job Description
- Full Recruitment Cycle process.
- Execute selection programs plans, policies and procedure using updated recruiting modules to ensure vacancies are filled in good time and with high quality candidates.
- Identify future opportunities for potential source of recruitment through internships, educational institutions, employment agencies and other sources of applicants to ensure achieving the recruitment plan for the company.
- Fulfill open positions through screening applicants, scheduling and conducting screening interviews and administering tests to ensure achieving recruitment target.
- Supervising HR Recruitment system through validating employees’ information’s and audit updating system with all new applicants to ensure accurate documentation of employees’ records
- New comers Orientation.
- Inform Candidates & negotiate with them about their offers & additional benefits.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assists the HR department in any needed task
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legalization.
- Providing Reports about Recruitment and filled posts.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition IT industry for 2 years is a Must.
- Mastering Candidates Resourcing.
- Experience in other HR Functions (Personnel & Payroll) is preferred.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- An eager desire to learn the business within an emerging, competitive, and rapidly growing industry.
- Creative and flexible.
- Females are preferred.
