- You will be the front line with our customers handling all their inquiries via a chat platform in English. Our customers love our attention to detail and our level of empathy and enthusiasm. We provide a global service so our customers are located and served worldwide.
- You will be chatting with all customers, documenting and handling their requests online.
- Corresponding with the operations team to make sure of timely fulfillment of users requests.
- Using your skills to search and source what the customer needs.
- Hitting sales targets and KPIs set forth on a weekly basis.
Job Requirements
- Fresh Grad with a Professional Degree from - Universities (AUC, MIU, GUC, MSA) Only
- Highly effective reading and writing English communication skills
- Post Grad Degree a huge plus
- Extra curricular activities (MUN, AISEC, …)
- Volunteer work (Resala,…)
- 1-2 years experience is required
- Buckets of resourcefulness and empathy (you’ll have to convince us)
- Ability to continually display a positive attitude.
- Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task
