Purchases and Logistics Specialist

Job Description:

• Lead efforts to competitively procure all goods and services for the project
• Place orders to replenish stocks avoiding insufficiency or excessive surplus for the assigned products / suppliers
• Monitor purchase orders placed through procurement portal - confirmation of orders
• Facilitate import/export and logistics matters, i.e. customs clearance of procured goods;
• Prepare and maintain project exemption letters and shipments logs;
• Manage logistics operations and inventory system;
• Develop and implement the distribution plan for inventoried equipment;
