Responsible to install, maintain and trouble shoot the software CMB, and other software’s and hardware as per the requirements of the foundation.
Perform preventative maintenance on LAN, server, and workstations; configure and install operating systems and software applications on servers and workstations as per the requirement of the foundation.
Analyze and recommend new hardware and software for network compatibility and applicability.
Perform advanced diagnostics and maintenance on desktop devices when additional expertise is required, maintain the computer peripherals.
Use established tracking system to log requests, monitor progress track problem resolution, and identify patterns of failure, research bug fixes and implement solutions.
Responsible to train end users on the use and features of operating systems, applications and office tools on platforms provided
Assist in requests for proposals and vendor selection related to IT Department.
Develop and implement the IT guideline in protecting data, updating software and networks, system modification and system access.
Ensure that all Systems work in compliance with the IT policies and procedures.
Service management includes, but is not limited to, the following administrative tasks:
Adding and removing domain controllers.
Managing and monitoring replication.
Ensuring the proper assignment and configuration of operations master roles.
Performing regular backups of the directory database.
