Job Description
- Monitor and manage inbound deliveries from suppliers and factory.
- Follow up with customer logistics to ensure materials are cleared on time.
- Ensure all shipping documents are correct.
- Take actions to move delivery to “Long Term Warehousing” when requested.
- Act as main contact for delivery related actions.
- Issue invoices.
- Review LC and assist our sales team in negotiating terms and conditions.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English language skills
- 2 - 4 years of experience in the same role
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of logistics, shipping, delivery and LCs processes
- Active and willing to handle out of office activities related to the role
