Job Description
- Create database for Real Estate, whether it is real estate for sale buying or rent.
- Create database of clients and their requirements.
- Create Ads continuously on websites specially in Real Estate, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Make calls with target customers and try to convince the customer.
- Training and discussion of the company's projects.
- Coordination with the client and the company in case of inspections.
Job Requirements
- Good negotiations skills.
- Motivated along with the ability to multi task.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate remotely.
- Interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
