Job Description
Hiring Documents
- Complete all hiring actions, assure the fulfillment of hiring required documents
- Working together with recruitment to identify and fulfill the needful training or educational certificates.
- Assigning new comers on HRIS system.
- Preparing and sending hiring notice as per distributed list.
- Finalizing the governmental documents issues ( Social insurance form no1 & labor office doc) with respecting the legal time.
Contract Renewal
- Following up the employment contracts and probation period due dates to be send to the concerned manager .
- Preparing the renewal contract according to the company policy
Social Insurance
- Dealing with the social insurance authority and finalizing all related documents and procedures
Industrial Relation:
- Organizing the employee’s files to be in a same standard
- Dealing with the labor office and solve any problem related the matter.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR personnel field
- ERP system (SAP or Oracle) work experience is an advantage
- Experience in organizations with 1000+ employees is an advantage
- HR Diploma or certificate is advantage
- Excellent to Very good English Fluency
- Updated with Egyptian labor articles changes and implementations
- Multitasking with an ability to meet deadlines
