Job Description
- Supervision of the service function of the service team.
- Ensuring service excellence of the service team to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell.
- Manage with the purchasing team to increase sales and to open new channels in order to build new agreements with doctors and other clients.
- Make sure an organization is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
- Acts as a consultant to medical staff and patients.
- Oversee dispensing of drugs, supplies and inventory.
- Maintain pharmacy day-to-day procedures and delegate staff responsibilities
- Achieve the target sales for his/her area
- Increase customer satisfaction from our products and services provided
- Increase company clients and increase their knowledge with our product.
- Responsible for developing the company sales target in his area
- Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining our existing customer portfolio.
