  • Supervising agency’s accounts.
  • Supervising, briefing and setting specific objectives for each job.
  • Writing contact reports to clients along with action to be taken and deadlines.
  • Following up clients’ requirements whether in-house or out sourced.
  • Supervising account executives and day-to-day solving of problems (Internal or with accounts).
  • Setting the communication strategy of the client and/or brand.
  • Designing pitch presentations for the clients.
  • Presenting creative output to clients for approval and/or modification.
  • Coordinating and attending meetings, presentations and TVC production meetings.
  • Design and negotiate cost breakdowns and campaign budgets.
  • Writing financial proposals and offers.
  • Financial monitoring, following up and initial negotiations with accounts.
  • Media briefing and following up with media houses.
  • Helping to secure new business and vertical business development.
  • Status reporting on weekly and monthly base.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets.
  • Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval.
  • Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client.
  • Coordinating with various agency departments.
  • Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with clients at all stage till projects are delivered on time.
  • Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients.
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Keeping records, writing reports for each clients (financial breakdown, proposal, financial monitoring report, creative brief, media brief, studio brief, contact reports and weekly status reports)

Job Requirements

  • High Degree (Mass Communications Graduate, IMC concentration) is a must.
  • 2-3 years’ experience (preferable) in the field of account handling.
  • Strong presentation, communication, analytical and creative skills.
  • Strong leading, precise, ambitious and dedicated to work.
  • Proactive in terms of delivering material and perform at a high level with minimal direction or guidance.
  • Flexible team-player and supportive to them at all times.
  • Fluent English language (French would be a plus).
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet searching).
