Ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project funding authorization.
Interface with appropriate levels of management to obtain funding approval signatures and explain project scopes and the associated costs as required.
Supervise and ensure overall quality and management of the project.
Communicate and develop relationships with clients.
Ensure engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all practice engagements.

Manage the strategic aspects of projects and mitigates any risk.
Oversee managers working on clients engagements within assigned projects.
Manage program of projects and project managers to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts.
Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for projects’ funding authorization.
Develop and implement strategic objectives that are aligned with the company’s strategic initiatives.
Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of any project, and arrange for assignment of projects’ personnel.
Consolidate and analyse profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across managed projects.
Help create a pipeline forecasts and broad-based financial picture for projects.
Grow long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on equity and partnership opportunities.
Manage the projects’ teams including architects, engineers, workplace consultants, construction managers and administrative support.
Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to best meet projects’ goals.
Work cooperatively and ensure that project managers work cooperatively with clients to clarify specific needs and requirements and keep clients updated on project status throughout the process.

Bachelor Degree of Engineering – Mechanical/ Civil / Electrical or any related field
A minimum of 15 years of experience or above in the same field
Advanced degree in Business/Management/Finance/Construction Management is strongly preferred
