Job Description
Position Summary: Medical Representative (Gynecology)
A medical representative's job is to promote and sell Solace Wellbeing Center’s services, namely women’s health workshops and wellness programs. Customers can include gynecology doctors, and other related professionals. The medical representative will increase service awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new services.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
- Identifying and establishing new business
- Negotiating contracts
- Demonstrating or presenting services to healthcare staff including doctors and related practitioners
- Undertaking relevant research
- Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
- Maintaining detailed records
- Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Managing budgets
- Reviewing sales performance
- Writing reports and other documents
Job Requirements
- A bachelors degree from a repeatable institution of higher education.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentability in person and over the phone.
- Excellent Selling skills.
- Patience.
- Confidence.
