- Coordinating between customs clearance department & customers/Importers
- Revision & preparation of all documents required by customs & ensure its compliance with official regulations & customs requirements
- Track & trace customers' import shipments
- Handle customers shipments from A to Z
Job Requirements
- Previous experience is required
- Extensive knowledge about import procedures
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly develop rapport with customers
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment
