Job Description
- Purchase orders and inventory needs reports from sales and warehouse departments.
- Supervising the purchase of products and items and follow up the receipt of products from suppliers and complete of procedures for delivery to stores.
- Search for the best price offers and search for new suppliers and negotiate with them to reach the best prices.
- Ensure the supplier's ability to meet the requirements of the purchase orders and the quality survey of the items in coordination with the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- Attend meetings to receive support and resolve new problems.
- Negotiations with foreign suppliers and complete the documents and financial procedures for importation.
- supervise the importation and reporting of this as a periodical.
- Evaluation of the performance of employees in the department.
- Distribution of the functions of the professional management staff to ensure the work and regularity.
