Job Description
- Prepare the Daily Unit Box Reconciliation for each of the company’s investment portfolios, Prepare the Daily Unit Price calculations for each of the company’s investment portfolios & upload the prices on Eskadenia System
- Entering the Investment transaction for Shareholder & policyholder
- Following up with fund managers
- Enter transactions on the Accounting System (Oracle Financials)
- Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
- Maintain or examine the records of government agencies.
- Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
- Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Prepare for Investment Breakdown Report and the Investments Report for GIC
Job Requirements
- University Graduate
- 5+ years of experience (insurance field )
- Excellent written and spoken
- Dual keyboard skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
